Hassle-Free Returns

Return Window

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at info@poshpups.be with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Ship Your Item: Use the original packaging if possible and include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Exchange Process

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you. If approved, we’ll send out your new item right away. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your new item is on its way.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us immediately at info@poshpups.be with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
